This is part tutorial, part reminder for myself on how to install this fucking printer. A few month have passed since then and now I needed to use the printer again and thus I had to install it again. Now three more years have passed and when OS X 10.10 Yosemite came out I decided to do a clean install, but I didn't install the printer because I didn't need it.
